Why WORKSPOT

Between a coworking club and a corporate business centre

Most flexible offices in Taipei sit at one extreme or the other. We built WORKSPOT for the companies in the middle — people who need to be taken seriously by clients, but don’t want to pay a global brand’s markup for it.

Not this

A social club

Events every night and a ping-pong table won’t help you close a client. Our floors are quiet enough to actually work, and to take a call without apologising for the noise.

WORKSPOT

A professional base with people in it

Proper meeting rooms, real reception, a registered address that passes scrutiny — plus neighbours who introduce each other, and a drink in the pantry on a good Friday.

Not this either

A corporate cost centre

Global operators charge global prices and bill every extra separately. Our rates are transparent, utilities and internet are included, and you deal with the owners.

Who works here

Teams that could have gone anywhere

International media, energy and consulting companies run their Taiwan operations from these floors — several of them offshore-wind teams who chose Taipei as their regional base.

Meeting rooms

Somewhere proper to bring a client

Rooms for four to six with a screen, a writable wall and enough quiet to think. Members book by the hour; non-members can book too.

Sound-lined phone booths sit just outside, for the calls that don’t need a whole room.

For companies entering Taiwan

Setting up a branch, rep office or subsidiary?

Most foreign companies need a registered address long before they need a floor of desks. WORKSPOT provides a registration-eligible Taipei address on day one, and physical space when the Taiwan team is real.

Our team is bilingual and can help prepare the documentation for registration with Taipei City Government and the National Taxation Bureau. The European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan is next door to our Zhongxiao Dunhua centre.

Common questions

Renting an office in Taipei

Can I register my company at a WORKSPOT address in Taipei?

Yes, for eligible businesses. WORKSPOT provides company registration addresses at both Taipei centres. Requirements depend on company structure, industry and business activities, so we confirm eligibility with each business individually.

How much does a private office in Taipei cost?

Private offices start from NT$14,000 per month plus VAT, with the exact figure quoted per office depending on size and how many people it holds. Dedicated desks are from NT$7,000, coworking from NT$5,000 and virtual office from NT$3,000 per month plus VAT. Furniture, high-speed internet, utilities and building management fees are included.

Do you work with foreign companies setting up in Taiwan?

Often. Our team is bilingual and works with international companies establishing branches, representative offices and subsidiaries — including help preparing documents for registration with Taipei City Government and the National Taxation Bureau.

What’s the difference between a virtual office and a private office?

A virtual office gives your company a registered Taipei address, a mailbox and reception handling, without dedicated physical space. A private office is a furnished room reserved exclusively for your team. Many companies start on one and move to the other.

Does WORKSPOT offer a day pass for coworking in Taipei?

Yes — a single-day coworking pass, and a 10-day pass you can spread across the month rather than using on consecutive days. It suits people visiting Taipei, teams between offices, or anyone who wants to try the space first. Message us on LINE at @workspot for current rates.

Can I use both Taipei centres?

Yes, this can be arranged. Pricing depends on how often you expect to use the second centre, so tell us roughly how you’d split your time and we’ll sort it out with you.

Can non-members book a meeting room?

Yes — meeting rooms at both centres can be booked by the hour by visitors as well as members.
